WHAT TO EXPECT?
After Sales Product Strategy
You collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Product Management to align the After Sales Product Strategy with the corporate and product roadmap.
Scope
You define the scope and requirements for Sunfire After Sales Products. You work with the Electrolysis Product Managers, After Sales, and IT to refine our current offerings to ensure a comprehensive suite of products to match diverse customer requirements and business cases.
Business Case Modelling
You work with Operations Finance and After Sales to ensure accurate modeling of the business cases for our various products from the Sunfire and our customers’ perspectives.
Product Risk and Upside
You work with After Sales and Engineering to develop a quantitative assessment (Monte Carlo method or similar) of the risks of the different product offerings under the contractual conditions and operational setup in the case of under- or over-performance of the service team (troubleshooting response and maintenance downtime) and technology (equipment failure rates).
Service specification
You coordinate service specification documents for our customers together with our After Sales Team.
Key contract terms
You work with our Legal department to develop key contract terms to ensure fair contractual execution of our products and manage incentivization and penalties.
Expert Resource for Technical Sales & Project Execution
You help to sell our Service products by answering advanced questions and being the go-to expert on our offering during customer meetings.
Customer feedback
You participate in and lead customer workshops to solicit feedback and analyze this feedback to increase customer satisfaction and product competitiveness.
Service Innovations
You work with our After Sales department to roadmap advances in our service offering and operational guarantees to mature with our technology and the market and ensure we continue to offer a unique selling proposition (e.g., predictive maintenance).
