WHAT TO EXPECT?

Program Ownership
You are responsible for the overall cross-functional execution and serialization of commercial product innovations in cooperation with Product Management, Development, Industrialization and Production

Program Definition
You define the timeline, budget, and program targets to set ambiguous goals for our product development projects always focusing on the given product requirements.

Program Steering
You are managing and controlling the structured product development program from program start to commercial launch.

Program Reporting
You are providing regular updates on the program's status, progress, and performance to key stakeholders.

Decision-making
You prioritize features and own program trade-off decisions using business driven analysis to maintain development momentum within your program.

Problem Solving
You are solving complex technical and/or business problems and supporting internal stakeholders with technical guidance and direction.

Risk Management
You take full ownership for the program risk management and constantly drive the organization towards risk-mitigated products.

YOUR PROFILE

WHAT TO BRING?

Education
You need an advanced academic degree in (e.g., industrial/process) engineering or other relevant disciplines (physics/chemistry/business).

Experience
For this position you need 5-7 years of experience as Project or Program Manager in Hardware Development with proven track record of successful large scale development projects.

Personality
You have a strong development process background coupled with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties. In addition to the previous characteristics you need an eye for detail and a “get-things-done” attitude with a Self-starter mentality.

Language
To accompany this position, you will need strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in german and english.
