Application Administration
You are proficient in administering enterprise-level applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and security; as well as skilled in managing user access, permissions, and configurations; furthermore in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

System Integration
You are experienced in integrating various applications with existing IT systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange. You are proficient in leveraging APIs and middleware to connect diverse software platforms flawlessly.

Database Management
In managing relational databases you are well-versed, also in performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring data integrity. You have knowledgeable in SQL queries and database tuning techniques to optimize application performance would be beneficial.

Application Deployment & Upgrades
You have a demonstrated ability to plan, to coordinate, and execute application deployments and version upgrades. You are skilled in conducting compatibility tests, managing deployment schedules, and minimizing downtime during the update process.

Technical Support
You bring a strong aptitude for providing exceptional technical support to end-users, promptly resolving software-related issues, and addressing inquiries. You are proficient in employing remote support tools and maintaining detailed incident logs.

Security Management
You bring Familiarity with implementing security measures to protect applications and sensitive data. Besides, you are knowledgeable in vulnerability assessments, access controls, and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Documentation & Training
You are experienced in creating detailed documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Furthermore, you are skilled at conducting user training sessions to enhance application understanding and usage.

Collaboration & Communication
You are proficient in interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. You have good written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise conveyance of technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

YOUR PROFILE
WHAT TO BRING?

Education
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for this position. Candidates with a combination of relevant experience, knowledge, and certifications will also be considered.

Work experience
You can look at3+ years of hands-on experience in application administration or related roles. You also bring experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies. You have a strong Knowledge of ITIL best practices for application management.
Nice, but not essential: Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Personality
You have a proven track record of managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.  With project management methodologies and tools, you are familiar.

Language
You provide strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
