WHAT TO EXPECT?

Improvement and establishment of the value chain
In this position you are responsible for the improvement and establishment of Sunfire´s value chain for the qualification by customers and certified bodies according to relevant ISO-standards.

Diverse Quality-Management-Tasks
Besides supply chain management and serial production at international facilities, this role focuses especially on the QM part of product development (R&D), production process development and customer project engineering.

Development and implementation
An important contribution for this position will be the development and implementation of our product safety management strategy.

Structural training and role modelling
As an experienced Quality Manager, you will enhance Sunfire with structural training and role modelling to teach process deployment and continuous improvement in all areas of the company.

Leadership and buildup of a QM-Team
This role includes the buildup and leadership of a Quality-Management-Team.

This Role doesn't cover the responsibility for the company-wide business process development. It focuses purely on the quality processes along the supply chain.

YOUR PROFILE
WHAT TO BRING?

Experience
You have Senior leadership experience, either in QM or in technical positions closely working with QM and experience in quality processes for R&D, engineering and customer project (incl. EPC) environment. Supplementary proficiency in controlling CE conformity assessment procedures according to relevant EC-/EU-Directives and experience in supplier quality management, including quality contracting is needed.

Personality
You should be able to think and act in a team-oriented manner for this position. Your friendliness as well as your leadership-skills characterize you. You are strong in implementation, it is up to you to lead and accompany other people.

Language
For this role, you should be fluent in German and English. For both languages is the minimum of C1-Level needed.

Willingness to travel
For this position, you should be willed to travel frequently within Germany and Europe.

Desirable experiences and skills
You have experience in quality management in a production environment would be a plus, as well as experience with certifications and handling of critical products (pressure, gases, explosives). In addition to this, it would be a plus if you are fluent in french.
